Over the past twenty years, we have evolved and grown, becoming a large-scale enterprise occupying 20 acres of land, equipped with seven forging production lines, and with an annual production capacity exceeding tens of thousands of tons. Our active forging equipment in the production workshop ranges from 800kN to 25000kN and includes different types of equipment such as electric screw presses, double disc friction presses, and multi-directional hydraulic die forging presses to meet various production needs. We have also introduced ABB brand industrial collaborative robots, striving to create an intelligent factory that conforms to the Industry 4.0 era.

The team members' expertise covers various specialized fields, including equipment modification, mold development, process management, heat treatment, surface treatment, physical and chemical experiments, and quality supervision. The quality inspection team members hold valid physical and chemical personnel certificates and non-destructive testing personnel certificates issued by the China Mechanical Engineering Society.
